Inventory Guardian has been created for businesses and homeowners alike to be able to easily track and/or document their product or possessions. This new software is so user friendly and designed with that in mind. By using the software with our barcode software and scanners, businesses and homeowners will be able to track item location, quantity and also with the ability to take pictures for documentation.
Barcoding is not required to track items, but you can also facilitate existing barcodes that are currently placed on items. This awesome software is web based making it perfect for businesses and homeowners living in areas of frequent disasters, such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes or fires, as all they have to do is go to any computer with Internet connection and download their information for their insurance companies. Va La! It's as easy as that!
Lucy Butcher
Lucy Butcher is the only award winning, certified master real estate stager and interior redesign specialist in Colorado, servicing hundreds of clients throughout the Rocky Mountain West for more than 20 years. Five years ago, Lucy started her staging company Presentation Is Everything, LLC, transforming outdated and cluttered homes into "works of art". Her company quickly became the staging company to call when selling a home. Her customer service is well known by leading realtors and homeowners, who repeatedly use her staging, redesign, relocation/move-in, design and color consultations and project management services.
The growth of Presentation Is Everything, LLC created a demand to find an inventory tracking system that would keep tabs on her extensive amount of "props", which she placed in homes that she staged. She thought she had found the software that would do just that. Props On The Go, LLC was launched February 2007, when she became a distributor of a particular inventory software. As she used the software, she found it to be insufficient to her needs and the needs of her clients. Then in 2007 when the San Diego fires received national attention, it brought to the forefront of Lucy's mind all the hardships of those whom were loosing so much. Lucy realized that so many could benefit from a "great" inventory system for not only businesses but for homeowners to be able to document their personal belongings in an inventory software program.
Lucy is a goal driven person and began a search for a phenomenal programmer to build her own "dream" inventory software, which would ultimately protect and enhance the lives of so many. Her search was successful! With the assistance of her daughter Sara they were able to provide to the programmer everything needed to build the software program Lucy dreamed of.
The new "Inventory Guardian" software has been developed as a web based software, and extremely user friendly and the very most affordable inventory software on the market today. Lucy says, "If this software changes the life of just one person, my dream has been reached!"
When Lucy finds a moment to slow down she and her beloved husband Gary love visiting their three children and four grandchildren. Todd lives in Rhode Island with his wife Kelly and their two children, Eileen and Austin. Todd is the Director of Sales for Plantation Catering Co.; Mark lives in Palm Springs, California and is the General Manager for Two Bunch Palms Spa and Resort. He and his wife, Jasminka, have two sons, Markie and Sammie. Fortunately, Sara lives in Denver as she finishes school and is closer for visits.
Victoria Shanley has had quite the journey to join us here at Inventory Guardian. She was born and raised in a small town in England called Bozeat. In England, Victoria was the Director of Sales for a beer and wine distributor.
In 1997, Victoria arrived in the United States, working in California and then Texas for General Nutrition Corporation as a Regional Sales Director. She was responsible for 30 retail stores, including their long-term strategy, budgets, and operational procedures. While in Texas, Victoria changed retail companies joining the Bombay Company in 2001.
Victoria and her husband of 17 years, Sean, decided to move closer to his family in 2003. Arriving in Colorado, she worked at Kirkland Homes, quickly becoming a key player within the district. She became the "go to" person for training while also implementing their sales training program. She was also responsible for store operations and merchandising for Kirkland Home.
As a stager, Lucy spent many hours shopping for clients in Kirkland's and that is where she and Victoria met in 2005. Victoria was impressed with the business and creativity that Lucy and her businesses possessed. In late 2007, Victoria joined the Inventory Guardian team. As Director of Sales, Victoria is responsible for the daily operations of Inventory Guardian and will be involved in both sales and client care.
Like most mothers, she is proud of her three wonderful children, son Ashley who is presently serving in the United States Air force, oldest daughter Victoria is a competitive gymnast and Alex, her youngest, is a fantastic skier and keen snowboarder.
Much of the family's spare time is split between traveling all over the country attending Victoria's gymnastics competitions or traveling to the Colorado mountains on weekends for fun skiing and snowboarding with Alex.
