PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
PURCHASE OF THE SOFTWARE: Includes one (1) year of free hosting. You will be notified 30 days prior to your one year anniversary to renew your hosting fee for the next year at $100.00 per year. You will be notified again at 15 days before your renewal date. If the renewal fee is not paid by the anniversary date, you will have a 30 day grace period if you have no renewed after the 30 day grace period you will no longer be able to access or inventory.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. You must notify our Company within 48 hours from date of receipt of the ordered item/s if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. After 48 hours the shipment is deemed correct. If you receive a wrong item, we will provide you with a mailing label to ship back the wrong part to us. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us.
RETURN POLICIES: PLEASE CHECK SCANNERS AND CONNECT THEM TO YOUR COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. All returns on the scanners or other products must be made within 10 business days from date of receipt of the ordered items and are subject to 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund on returned items will be processed and issued once we received the item/s. No credits can be issued on damaged items. The Inventory Guardian Software is not refundable after 30 days. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
All items that you purchased directly from our Company (and not from a third party) may be returned only in accordance with our Company's return policy in effect on the date of the invoice or packing slip. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return any item. You must return the item/s to us in their original box or packaging and all instructions and cords that were included in your original box are also to be included. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Clearly mark the box containing the returned product with the RGA number. You are responsible for risk or loss, shipping and handling fees for returning the item. Additional fees may apply.

PACKING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN. You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
- Contact Customer Service at 719-233-5960 and obtain a Returns Good Authorization (RGA).
- Pack all components in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or receipt.
- Write the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification.
- Mail the package back to Inventory Guardian, LLC, PO Box 25175, Colorado Springs, CO 80936.
- You might consider insuring the returned item as you are responsible for it until received by Inventory Guardian.
REFUND POLICY. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item/s. All transactions will be refunded by check mailed to the address on the original purchase order. Refund checks will be issued within 7 to 14 business days of the receipt of the product.
Refunds will be for product purchase price only. Refunds are conditional upon receipt of all products in the original packaging and in good condition to Inventory Guardian, LLC, within the time periods specified and otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
Per our supplier, we cannot accept returns received two weeks after notification of the return or for any time that the barcode scanner and accessories are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing serial numbers.
Freights, duties, insurance, customs and other fees or costs associated with the shipment of the product are the buyer's responsibility. However, if your return is a result of Inventory Guardian, LLC error, we will pay the return shipping costs. Clearly mark the box containing the returned product with the RMA number received from Inventory Guardian, LLC.
EXCHANGES. Our Company will exchange barcode scanners and accessories for credit towards the purchase of the same product under the terms described above. Before an exchange is granted our Company will have to determine that the product(s) are defective as a result of manufacturer error.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Our Company does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item/s not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business except as expressly provided herein. Our Company will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
